I specialise in Squarespace and Shopify websites. I do not offer website development on platforms outside of these. I choose these platforms for their ease of use for small and creative businesses.

If you have started to build a Squarespace or Shopify website yourself and need a little help, I can certainly help with this. I do not, however, offer edits to sites that have already been created by another developer. In this instance we would need to start the design process from scratch.

The exception to this point is where your previous designer has explicitly given permission for myself or another designer to work on your site.

No, Squarespace and Shopify are self hosting platforms and must be hosted directly.

I will assist you in setting up your website hosting and domain. As with your site this will all be under your full control and ownership.

Each design is created from scratch and focused on the needs of the client and their business. Existing branding will be the foundation of the design if it is available. If not we will discuss creating a brand for you. The points that we discuss during the site planning period will also support how the design is created.

Website development starts from £1,500. There are a range of add on services that can be discussed during the initial consultation.

I aim to complete the website development within 4-6 weeks from the start date you will book in for. This is dependent on the timely receipt of the relevant content for the site.

You can purchase additional services from me to assist in creating the written content as well as the photographic content for your site. You are also welcome to provide both of these yourself.

If you would like to book we will first have an initial consultation. This is typically done via video call or a telephone call. This will allow us to discuss all of the finer detail and set a development date. I ask for a £300 deposit to secure your development slot.

Yes. Once the site has been launched I offer a two week window where any issues can be resolved free of charge. This is for trouble shooting only and does not include the addition of new functionality. After this time issues arising with the site of any nature will be charged at £50 per hour and new functionality to the site will be quoted for per project.

Some clients choose to book a monthly slot with me to allow me to support with website updates when they don’t have time within their business to do this.

Yes. All sites that I develop include bespoke training videos. These videos will show you how to edit the design that I have created and also how to add to and adapt that design in the future. These videos are available for you to download and keep forever so that you can always refer back to them.

Yes, your website will be adaptable for all devices.

If you request support for your website once hand over has been completed, you will need to be booked into an available time slot. If your request is for an emergency issue with your website I will always do my best to support with this as quickly as possible. However, I do ask for patience and understanding that this is sometimes not possible on the same day.

I can accept a range of payment methods including bank transfer and card payments.

I do offer brand design as part of a full design package including the website design. I don’t offer design packages as a stand alone offering, but I can recommend some great designers.
